Should you wish to request a topic specific needs assessment, please complete a form by clicking here.

All requests will be reviewed by the Population Health Hub Steering Group which meets monthly. Please note the usual timescales for completing a needs assessment are as follows (not including primary data collection, such as focus groups or surveys):

Rapid Assessment: 2-3 months
Detailed Assessment: 6 months

Upcoming needs assessments can be programmed up to 1 year in advance, please submit requests at the earliest opportunity.
